Its not showing on site

I want to install video on right conor on my web site page bottom of the question form. When insetring the code in html , it is not showing for me after page reload. Is it possible that i have not newest flash player version on my pc? or what?Exactly on mobile phone i can see the video, but in browser no. Please check it by yourself here Stogo danga . How its possible to solve that problem?
