IWebbrowser2 control VC++

I am using IWebbrowser2 control .I load the URL which has the dependency on Flash player .

Always it is saying that insufficient flash requirement..

Click the below to download the latest version of flash..

But already the latest version of flash there in the system..

Any inputs will be useful..

But this issue happens in the VM only and not in the desktop...
