Jitter in Live Streams on Mac

When I watch live stream videos using flash 10.1 the video jitters. It's hard to describe but it looks like the video goes from one frame back to a previous frame and then 2 frames forward over and over again so the motion jitters. This only happens on my Mac and not my Windows PC and only with certain live streams. I've seen it with Justin.TV, livestream.com, and Xfire. Has anyone else seen this?

Hi, I don't know if turning off hardware acceleration would help or not. You could try.

Go to this site:  http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. Right click on the Flash logo, Settings,
then UNcheck the hardware acceleration in Display Settings.

    Hope that helps,
