JRun Servlet Error when attempting Flash Update Download

Windows 8.1
Firefox 47.0

From https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ when I try to download the update, I get taken to a JRun Servelet Error page with a message stating:

413

Header Length too Large

Is there any way around this?

Why dont you try the manual process, it does not take too long and if you read down to the bottom of my solution there you will find something that might make this easy as pie

So...I just realized I haven't restarted in a while. And that fixed it. I'm pretty sure my 6-year-old could've thought of that one. LOL

In future if you face the same issue, you can delete *.adobe.com cookies from your computer. It will resolve the issue.
