Kann Aktualisierungen nicht herunterladen oder installieren.Updates can't be downloaded or installed

Muss ich hier jetzt auf deutsch oder englisch schreiben?

Also, wenn ich updaten möchte, kann ich immer nur diese Dateien herunterladen, die ca. 15MB groß sind.

Wenn man die dann installiert, wird ja die eigentliche Datei erst heruntergeladen. Genau dort ist das Problem

mit meinem PC - er lässt keinen Download zu. Egal ob bei Antiviren, FlashPlayer oder sonstwas. Bei allen anderen

Anbietern kann ich manuelle Updates vornehmen - bei Adobe finde ich so etwas nicht! Hat jemand einen Tipp, wie

ich dennoch die Player updaten kann? An der Firewall liegt es nicht! Am einfachsten wäre wirklich, wenn Adobe den

Komplettdownload zulassen würde. Gibt es da einen Link?

When I want to update Adobe-Products, I can download the files that are about 15MB big.

But when you open this file the actual download just begins. That is my problem. My PC blocks all automatical downloads.

AntiVirus-software gives me the chance to download the complete file and update manually - Adobe doesn't.

It is not becuz of my firewall or something but I don't know the reason why it doesn't work. So anybody here who can

help me? Does Adobe have such a possibility for users where the complete software can be downloaded manually?
