I am Katharine Edson, I am using Mozilla Firefox 41.O but flash player is not compatible with this browser. What should I fo?

    Hi,


    Flash Player is compatible with Firefox, including version 41.0.  What makes you think it's not?  What behaviour are you observing?

    Please provide the following information so that we may be able to better assist you:

    • Operating system version
    • Flash Player version
    • Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
    • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
    • If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot​
