Question

Seit dem 19.01.2018 versuche ich eine Lizenz für die Weiterverteilung des Flashplayers im Unternehmen zu bekommen.

Heute Morgen zum vierten mal probiert.

Bis jetzt bekomme ich nicht mal eine Antwortmail!

Wo kann das Problem liegen?

The licensing team reports the distribution license has been approved and the distribution license approval email was sent. The email contains a signed PDF attachment. Many spam filters and perimeter email scanners block the email due to the signed PDF attachment. Please ensure your spam filter and email security policies are configured to allow the delivery of the email.
