Keyboard Shortcuts not Working

I'm having problems with the "step forward" (CTRL + [arrow right]) and "step back"   (CTRL + [arrow left])   shortcuts in Flash player.  The play (CTRL + ENTER) and rewind (CTRL + R) shortcuts work fine, but unfortunately, forward and back are the two I actually care about.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. It specifically says under the control tab: Step forward  ctrl + ->   Step backward  ctrl + <-      Neither of those work. All others work fine so far as I know.

I've also been able to reproduce this using the projector on Windows.  Could you please open a new bug report on this over at bugbase.adobe.com?  Please post back with the URL so that others affected can add their comments and votes.

    Thanks,

    Chris

I am assuming here that you are discussing using Microsoft Windows?

If you are, the shortcuts CTRL + Right/Left Arrow are Windows shortcuts not Flash shortcuts!

So if you try using another program, say Word, does the shortcut work there?
