Lack of videos

Question

I have been having real issues with playing videos - sometimes it works and sometimes I get a green screen.  I checked my latest versions (I have version 19.0.0.185) and it says it should be 19.0.0.207.  But when I try to download this version is says that my windows system takes care of my downloads.  What I am really trying to do is fix the green screen instead of seeing the videos.

Hi karenc12334281,Flash Player 19.0.0.207 was released today. If you're using Windows 8 and above Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE (and Edge on Windows 10) and Flash Player updates are distributed by Microsoft via Windows Updates.Have you checked if your video drivers have updates available? If not, please try that and if there is an update, install the update to see if it fixes the green screen issue.--Maria
