Hi guys, just wanted to let you know the recent flash update completely broke all our flash overlay tutorials.   They now show a black screen with nothing else.  We had to rollback to version (.228) for the time being.  Let me know when you release a fix for this problem.

Regards,

Chris

    Hi Chris,

I'm sorry your site was impacted by our new release.  Could you please open up a new bug report at https://bugbase.adobe.com and provide us steps to reproduce along with your site's address?  I'd like to get this looked at ASAP.  Once you have the bug number, please let me know and I'll start the investigation.

    Thanks,

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for the prompt reply.  I filed a bug report now, let me know if you have any questions about the problem.  These are offline tutorials run using a .exe file.  They are built in flash but don't run through a browser.  They're default resolution is 800x600 which is locked/forced which might be the problem.  The tutorials were designed for Windows XP and we've had to set the screen color depth to 16-bit instead of 32-bit in order for them to function in Windows 7.  Anyways rolling back to .228 fixes the problem for now so no rush
