Latest Flash Player Update 23.0.0.162

Hello,

I am part of the IT department of a small construction company and have found an issue with the latest update relating to older .html files. It appears that the new update doesn't play videos within older .html files.  The previous update had no issue. Has anyone else had this issue or am I reporting an issue already brought up?

    Are these HTML files on your local filesytem, or are they hosted on a remote webserver?
