Latest flash updater installed chrome and google toolbar with no option to opt out!

It's ridiculous that a simple flash update forces a new browser on to the system. I get the first time when you got to the webpage and have the choice of chrome or not, But this was a simple update flash message and next thing I know there are installer bars running for chome and google toolbar running up.

What are Adobe playing at? An update for flash should be just that, an update for flash, not to hijack the system.
