Latest Flash version will not play videos in IE 10

Latest Player (11.8.800:175) will not display videos in IE 10  ( Windows 7) - Just get blank windows - Have tried all of the addon and active-X filtering fix suggestions with no luck -  problem seems to have occured with latest player upgrade -  The player works with Chrome  - Have also tried software rendering, etc with no luck.  Do I need to revert to an earlier version?? Any help would be appreciated
