latest flashplayer STILL green screens

I'm running windows 7 home premium 64 bit. I believed my player was up to date and read I needed to have the latest version. upon checking with adobe I do have the latest version, but continue to get green screens. on fb ,on youtube, every where.

I have an acer aspire 7551-7422. my graphics processor is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 - 256 MB. never had problems with this computer, never any trouble with videos, have not changed or added anything...very irritating  to not know why I am getting these green screens when the player, as per adobe, is up to date. any ideas as to what I can look into ? any suggestions would be welcomed with much appreciation. thank you. respectfully, Richard Carson
