Latest version of Flash is installed on Safari but websites don't think it has been installed

1) In Safari - latest version of Flash has been installed 2) I checked using Above website and Adobe confirms the latest version is in fact on and working 3) I have permissioned certain websites under browser security settings ---- yet, the websites still think Adobe Flash is still NOT installed??
