Latest Version of Flash Player Blocked in Chrome Version 78.0.3904.108

To WHom It May Concern:

My name is ANdrew Wissler. When I go to sites like https://www.nbc.com/live/nbc and https://spectrumnews1.com/ma/worcester/live-video/login to watch live TV and sign in with my cable provider credentials, the video gets blocked out. I have Chrove version 78.0.3904.108, and Flash is enabled and is the latest version (32.0.0.293). What can I do so that the video does not get blocked?
