Latest version of flash player dosn't work with my swf

I wrote an swf using adobe flash back in 2013 and it has worked fine. Now I get flashes of a white stage when it transitions between the 2 stages. this is supposed to be one jpg fading into a previous jpg.

    Flash version is Flash player 21.0.0.242. I have checked this on II11, Opera 36, Firefox 46 and Chrome 50. Chrome does automatic updates.

    What is the Flash player version are you using?
