Question

Latest version or Alternative to Adobe flash?

I have a desktop running Windows XP Sp3, 1.73 GHz processor, 2 GB Ram and 128 MB video.  I've seen the new requirements for Adobe flash and Iknow that my computer doesn't make the cut.  Before anyone asks--Ican't upgrade my computer at this time.  I have two questions--What is the latest version of Adobe flash that my computer meets the system requirements for?  Next--Is there an alternative to Adobe flash that I can use?

You should be able to use Flash Player 11.4, but as you noted you might run into performance problems.  If you find it's not performing as well as you'd like, I'd recommend going back to the latest version of 10.3.  While 10.3 does not contain all of the latest features, it does have all available security fixes.  Please see this FAQ for reverting back to an earlier version of Flash:
