Le téléchargement MAJ s'arrête

bonjour à toutes et à tous,

J'ai la version 32.0.0.363 et j'ai une invitation à une actualisation.

Tout se passe bien jusqu'à ce que le téléchargement se fait. A 50% maximum, il s'arrête. Toujours. Je n'ai jamais eu ce problème auparavant lors d'une mise-à-jour. Tout semble dans l'ordre (suis allée sur la page Aide d'Adobe pour vérifier) mais rien n'y fait.

Certes, mon ordinateur n'est pas récent (Windows Vista 32bits, navigateur Firefox) mais quand même...

    For which browser are you installing Flash Player?

     

    Everything goes well until the download is done. At a maximum of 50%, it stops. 

    Is this error after you have launched the installer?  Please post a screenshot of the error window and message.

    I'll need to review the installation logs to troubleshoot further.  Please provide the following log files:

    • Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs
      • AppData is a hidden directory.  If you do not see it refer to Show hidden files/folders for instructions to enable hidden directories
    • FlashInstall log file(s), saved at:
      • 32-bit OS: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall32.log
      • 64-bit OS: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall64.log AND C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall32.log (both file are required)

     

    After gathering the files upload them to Document Cloud (see How to share a document) or some other file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require account log in.  Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
