    Xircal~

Went to the site (again) and it does not give me the choice to download Flash Player 10, but dont believe Flash Player 11 is the problem.  How do I know where the right folder is for LeapFrog Connect? It does not tell you where it needs to be.  I have been to their site and sent them an email and they sent me the instructions to download the flash player, not much help. Not sure what to do next.

    Thanks glenda

Can you see the spinning F when you go to this site? http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Is the Leapfrog Connect site telling you to install flash player?

What version number is your I.E.(8 or 9)?

What files are in folder Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash ?
