Legality of distributing flash projector .exes?

I want to be able to develop a game entirely in flash and distribute it as an exe, but I have a bit of confusion over the flash player license.  According to the license, it says I can't distribute the player, but does a projector exe count as the player?  Furthermore, is a projector file reliable enough for a commercial release, or is it meant for testing purposes only?
