Linux flash download help

Hi,

I am trying to download flash player on a Linux machine (Acer aspire one)

The adobe website correctly identified that my operating system was Linux and my browser is firefox.

However, the screen presented me with two download options but no advice as to which one to select.

I selected teh first one.

The system downloaded a zip with a bunch of files but no advice what i shoud do next.

Any help would be appreciated.
