I want to implement live broadcasting on my website. i am expert in php web application development.please let me know how is possible?

You could use WebRTC if you want a purely HTML5 solution, or you could look at webcam support in Flash and Flash Media Server.  There is plenty of documentation for both approaches available via simple searches on your favorite search engine.

thanks for your reply. i have already checked WebRTC .it does not support major browsers like safari,IE etc and also not save the streaming on server.
