Live Chat doesn't connect on blogtalkradio.com

On all computers and all browsers in my home, the Live Chat feature on blogtalkradio.com continuously shows "connecting." What setting do you think I need to change to connect?

    Doesn't work with my phone hotspot either.

    Windows 7 pro SP1 64bit

    Update #2: I went into my router and changed the security settings for IPv4 to minimum and the chat room now works fine. I THINK the problem is solved, although I may now start getting hacked by terrorists.

    Update: When I connected using the hot spot on my cell, the chat room worked perfectly, so I know there's a setting with my Xfinity service that needs changed.
