Local Flash saves aren't working (local swf games i.e.) (junction problem?)

Hello, i never had issues for save files playing local .swf games on any of my PCs.

I bought a new PC and seems adobe flash can't store the saves files. I can't even set the settings to "unlimited memory" storage, since it go back to defaults each time (i even used the online manager and it's the same).
Actually i run flash player 19.0.0.245

Windows 7 PRO

Firefox 42.0 (but it doesnt work with IE too).
Searching around seems it could be due to a junction of my "user" folder, wich is really located to another HD.
I read on these forums to set in the mms.cfg the command : EnableInsecureJunctionBehavior=1 but it doesn't work.
So i'm here to ask if there is any solution to my problem, i don't really know if it is related to the junction, but please can someone help me? since it is really annoying.
Thanks

EDIT :
I have fixed the unlimited storage issue with this trick : How can I hack Abobe Flash Player *STUPID* local storage default so it will always be 'Unlimited'? but the files are still not stored, can't save anything, SO PLEASE HELP ME TO STORAGE MY LOCAL SAVE FILES.
Thank you.
