Local Settings

I am running a language Package that uses Flash.  I have latest version installed.  EVERY time I interact with it, I get directed off page and to the local settings 'pop up'.  This pop up is frozen and I cannot interact with it.  I have tried absolutely everything I can think of, but to no avail.  This is a very annoying feature as I will need to interact thousands of times duirng the language package.  the pckage forces me to use IE, but the same problem happens with Mozilla.

Any help would be GRATEFULLY appreciated.

    Me too. I cannot click Allow when prompted too in the Adobe Flash Player  Settings. Using the latest version of Firefox 3.6.13 & Flash  10,2,152,26 on an Mac 10.6.6. Can someone help?
