Local Storage Pop up Block on Safari

I cannot get Mac and Flash to play nicely on UClick.com site.  When opening a crossword from UClick, I get a pop up that wants me to allow Flash to use local storage.  I cannot click on the pop up.  I can do a right click, Global Settings, Allow for the site, but this doesn't change anything in the browser.  This has been happening since 3 updates ago.
