Local Storage Setting by Site not accepting any Websites

Operating System Version: Windows 7 (32 bit)

Web browser and version: Opera 42.0.2393.85

Flash Player Version: 24.0.0.186

So, as the title states, I am entering websites into the Local Storage box

and I hit the "Add" button and nothing happens. Anyone know why this

happens?
