Lock up flash player in IE7.0

There have a lock up flash player on full screen at MSNBC(www.msnbc.com) video that is run in Flash 10  on IE7.0 but sound works properly.
When we return to explore mode screen, player works properly.
To resolve this issue there installed Debug(V10.0.45.2) and run flash player on full screen. But Full screen was disappeared certain of time and
received error message as the below;

TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
at MSNV_ClickHereOverlay_Eng_v5_fla::MainTimeline/scaleprompt()
             at MSNV_ClickHereOverlay_Eng_v5_fla::MainTimeline/frame30()[MSNV_ClickHereOverlay_Eng_v5_fla.MainTimeline::frame30:3]

Please give your advice for the above message. What does it mean?
We have same phenomena with all system of same model
