Mac Flash Player - Stopped by Anti Virus

Hi

I have a MacBook Pro with OS X El Capitan

Flash player will not install error message:

Your antivirus software must allow you to install software.

I don't believe I have any anti virus software after uninstalling Avast

Can you help?

I believe I have sorted it

For the record what I did was install Google Chrome and installed it from there

It now works both in chrome and safari

Have tried starting Mac in 'Safe Mode'

Have tried turning off firewall

what more can I do?

Your screenshot of the page is perfect and helps to clearly identify the problem, which is the install button is missing, and isn't related to the anti-virus note, but I can see where it's confusing.

Try going to get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions - select the OS and player type you want. Does the Download Now button display? (it may take a second or two).

Hi the above error which have screen shot comes up

I have uninstalled my anti virus software

I have contacted Apple Support who say the problem is with Adobe not my computer?
