Mac OS X 10.6 Random crashes

Hi folks.

Since SL came with a "bad" version of Flash, I updated to the newest version available.  Now, many (if not all) websites cause both Firefox and Safari to not respond.  I tried a reinstall of Flash to no avail.  Any ideas?

Having the exact same issue. I currently have uninstalled Flash so that I can use the browser and not have it crash because a site has embedded Flash in their site.

Following this topic for a solution.

Please post some URL's that we can test.  We've done a lot of 10.6 pre-release testing and have not been seeing this.

I first noticed the issue on ESPN.com but also have the problem with YouTube and Gmail. When I go to any of these sites in Firefox 3.5/Safari 4/Opera 10 I get a SBBD and have to force quit the browser. As soon as I ran the Adobe uninstall program I can visit any of these sites again except that I of course can't view any Flash content.

As an update, I ran the uninstaller, and I can view webpages that were crashing my browsers previously.  After reinstalling Flash, the crashes again happen.
