How about never? Is never good for you?

Seriously though, NPAPI is deprecated. It's already out of Chrome and Firefox, and now it's gone in Safari v12 (which happens to be the default version in Mojave, but it's also gone in Sierra and High Sierra if Safari v12 gets installed). So unless Adobe re-writes Flash from NPAPI to "Web Start" (I have no idea if that's even possible), it's dead.

Numerous false statements in your comment:

It's already out of Chrome and Firefox

Google continues to embed Flash Player PPAPI in Chrome
- See Flash Roadmap - The Chromium Projects for more information
While Firefox dropped support for NPAPI plugins, they still support Flash Player
- See Plugin Roadmap for Firefox - Plugins | MDN for more information

and now it's gone in Safari v12 (which happens to be the default version in Mojave, but it's also gone in Sierra and High Sierra if Safari v12 gets installed)
