macOS(High Sierra) Safari Flash Player is not accessible locally file browse.

Adobe Flash Player: 27.0.0.187

macOS: 10.13.1

Hello, I am not able to upload files via Flash Player.

The Sierra version works fine, but in the High Sierra version the finder call does not work.

Is this a problem for Apple? Or, would you be grateful if you can tell me which part of Flash is fixable?
