McCaffee Installed WITHOUT My Permission

Recently I received notification to update Flashplayer. McCaffee was included in the update. Could not update Flashplayer without McCaffee. McCaffee messed up my computer. I lost my internet connection completely. Previously when an update was available I was asked whether McCaffee should also be installed. It is unacceptable to bundle several programmes and not ask for permission to download them. Now what do I do? I'm not a computer expert.

Adobe doesn't have any direct support for Flashplayer. It should have direct support for all its programmes.
