We have released a fix for the blank screen.

Since you're on Windows 8.1, Microsoft releases updates to Flash Player via Windows Update.  Run Windows update to get the latest version (KB3133431) which will install Flash Player 20.0.0.272.  Alternatively, download the update directly from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3133431.
