Our testing also confirms that the growth rate in Flash Player 11.7 is much smaller. It should be automatically garbage-collected periodically (when it hits a threshold percentage of available RAM); however, you can manually force garbage collection in your content periodically if it becomes a longevity issue for your users; however, this should not be necessary.

We've closed the issue on our side as Closed/Withdrawn/CannotReproduce and do not plan to take action at this time.
