Microphone not working when reloading page

Hi I have flash 22.0.0.209 installed using chrome Versión 51.0.2704.103 m

I'm using an app to stream webcam&mic to an rtmp server (https://github.com/crsepulv/webcam-flash-rtmp-h264/ )

I can make that the webcam and mic are detected and start sending audio/video.

I checked "remember" on setting to allow flash to access the webcam/mic without asking authorization.

as the "remember" is checked, I expect that if i reload the page the webcam&mic start streaming immediately the same way before reload, but don't, the webcam start streaming but without audio.

If I go to the setting, I select the mic tab and it is activated immediately and start streaming,strange behavior because it works just selecting the tab.

Please could someone give me a hint to solve this issue? I don't now if it is something related to the flash player/browser version or it is due to the application code.
