Missing flash.ocx file

I am using a Sony Vaio Notebook (Windows 7/64-Bit). I have the newest Flash Player installed and wanted to play a game on my laptop (Virtual Villagers). While trying to start the game an error message appears and says the file flash.ocx is missing. After asking google I searched for the file because Google said there is no longer a file called flash.ocx but flash9.ocx, etc. Now my problem is I don't even have any file named flash.ocx or flash9.ocx. There is no file with .ocx or something named familiar. I deinstalled the Flash Player and reinstalled but same problem. The missing ocx file.

Any help?

Flash.ocx is a very old Flash Player version; if a program is actually looking for that file, it doesn't use Flash Player the normal way.  The current OCX is Flash64_14_0_0_125.ocx and Flash32_14_0_0_125.ocx

Is that an online program, or a downloaded program?

It is a downloaded program. These (picture) are the files I have.

That's all you should need.  If that program depends on flash.ocx, then it should install and register it itself.
