Mouse doesn't works on youtube

Hello,
I have a problem when I use flash player on youtube, when viewing a video, the mouse stops working and until the video is not closed not work again.
I use Windows 10 and 23,0,0,162 version.

    Unless you've gone to great pains to continue using Flash on YouTube, it's almost certainly exclusively HTML5 content at this point.


    It's very unlikely that this is has anything to do with Flash, or that we can solve it for you.
