Mouse is selecting items when I scroll in Flash Player.

Whenever I play a game which uses Flash Player and I put it in full screen mode my mouse will select items while using the scroll wheel.  If its in an area where there's nothing to select then it will zoom in and out, but as soon as the cursor is over something that can be selected it will get selected.  This doesn't occur when I use the same app in MS-Edge browser nor does it occur when I do the same thing in Windows 7.  So, I'm thinking its something between Chrome and Windows 10, but thought I'd check here if any have experienced this.

I'm using Chrome version 51.0.2704.79

Flash player 21.0.0.242

Windows 10

The mouse driver is updated as well. I've swapped out the mouse with another and got the same effect.

Okay, I have more info.  It's a bug in Chrome.

    We've reported it here:

Issue 620974 - chromium - Mouse Wheel triggering MouseDown event in fullscreen - Monorail

It wouldn't totally surprise me that this works a little differently in Chrome.  I actually think it's weird that it's zooming in and out in Fullscreen.  I'm wondering if that's an accessibility feature on the machine.

Can you provide a link to content that demonstrates the behavior?  I'd like to play around with it and figure out what's going on.

I couldn't find content outside of Facebook maybe its something the developers did when implementing flash player.  The game in particular is called Island Experiment (links to the facebook page for this app).
