Mouse pointer off on Microsoft Edge

I don't know how/when it occurred but on sites using Adobe Flash my mouse pointer if off about an inch left and high.  I don't know how to reset it or recalibrate it.  Any help will be appreciated.

If you haven't rebooted the computer since you started experiencing the problem, that's a great place to start.

If the problem persists, is the mouse pointer in the incorrect location across all applications and the operating system, or is it only off when you put the mouse focus on a piece of Flash content?
