Multiple duplicate download notices

I have a Dell Inspiron 1501; OS MS Windows XP Professional; 5.1.2600; Flash version update notice for ver. 11.1.102.56.

I have already installed this version, but almost daily I get a notice that I need to update Flash Player. How do I get this to stop?

By installing the latest Flash Player version 11.1.102.62; you can download the installer from the links in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/909550
