Multiple requests for Flash/Reader Distribution License

Hi,

I filled out the new form twice (Jan 7 and Feb 9) to request a Distribution License for Flash and Reader for our organization's private use, but I have not received any response at my end.

The form I was using:

https://www.adobe.com/ca/products/players/flash-player-distribution.html

Both times after completing the form it successfully returned with "Thank you for your request".  I have tried to check that any emails from Adobe are not being caught by our email anti-spam quarantine.

Any suggestions?
