must have Flash player 9.x.x.x installed.... I already have 14.x.x.x installed

When I try to play video in the following website: The "Open Question" On Vaccines and Autism - CBS News, and try to display full screen, it tells me I must have Flash player 9.x.x.x installed, when I already have 14.x.x.x installed.  This occurs in both IE11 on Windows 8.1, and IE9 in Windows 7.  What's wrong with Flash Player?
