My adobe flash constantly crashes while playing Gardens of Time in Playdom.com. why, what can I do?

To help troubleshoot we'll need the following system information:

To start, I'd make sure that you are using the latest version of Flash Player.  You might even want to do a clean install to make sure.

How do I do a clean install of Flash Player?

Chris,

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I've been begging Playdom for help for some time. All they will say is clear cache, and make sure you have the latest version. I have Windows XP, my browser is firefox, and my flash is 11.6.602.180. I hope this helps you.
