My ADOBE FLASH PLAYER suddenly went Kapoo...

I go to bed ADOBE FLASH PLAYER fine... I can play POGO (Scrabble cubes) I can listen to my videos etc. then I awaken to find a continuous vicious cycle of "Download Adobe flash player" or "You do not have Adobe Flash Player" this is CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have loaded it and uninstalled and re-installed etc. And I still cant play my games --I need help to fix my  Adobe---- help please......
