My Adobe Flash will not play on the NBCSN site

My Adobe Flash will not play on the NBCSN site, and I want to watch the hockey playoffs. All I get is a blank screen and I tried everything in your FAQ. The newest version of Flash is enabled on newest version of Google Chrome.

Please help!

This is due to Google's Site Engagement Index score which blocks Flash on sites you don't visit often, until the engagement score is high enough to show Flash by default. Please refer to Google's support doc: Adobe Flash isn't working - Chrome Help for assistance.

I'm not sure how that could be true as I've visited the site regularly for years, until only recently it initializes and goes to a blank black screen. I have attempted to reach out to Google Chrome as well.

Thank you for your assistance and I'd appreciate more help in resolving this issue.

SEI is fairly new (within the last few releases) and they are ramping up the score required to show Flash by default. Clearing browser history/cache/etc will reset the score, as will using Incognito mode.
