My chrome has Flash Player downloaded but not working in an app for work called TicketAgent through Vendini. I have a Mac.

    You probably need to enable Flash in your browser:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

     

    Chrome considers that setting "ephemeral", so you'll need to do it every time you restart Chrome.
