My Flash Player Crashes CONSTANTLY!!!

I use Mozilla Firefox on a Windows 7-64 bit operating system. I have the most recently updated Flash Player version, but it constantly crashes when I'm playing any sort of games or even watching videos. I have tried clearing out the cache, but nothing seems to work. This is becoming EXTREMELY frustrating because it happens constantly!!! Not just once or twice a week or even once or twice per day, but dozens of times per day! How can I fix this???? Is there a fix???

I am using Firefox browser 20.0.1 .  My flash player is constantly crashing. I also use Incredimail which requires Flash Player. Firefox tells me to uninstall Flash 11 and reinstall 10.3. I have done this. Now Incredimail keeps telling me to install flash player. I cannot play some of the games on Facebook. I am at my wits end with this crap. Have no idea what to do. I have Windows 7 32bit. There is obviously some conflict. I downloaded Flash 10.3 and I can play the Facebook games but can't use Incredimail. If I download Flash 11.6 I can use Incredimail but can't play games on Facebook...tells me to download Flash 10.2 or above. At one point I had both versions of flash 11.6 and 10.3 I disbled 11.6 and Facebook told me to install flash 10.2 or higher. I give up.

Same with me.  When there is a Flash video page, Firefox inexorably crashes.  Continuously.

To start, what version of Firefox and Flash Player are you guys running? If you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this FAQ:

How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?

In particular, I'd recommend temporarily disabling protected mode (for troubleshooting purposes only) to see if that addresses the issue.

Finally, please navigate to your "about:crashes" page and post back with some of your recent report ID's so we can take a look at the crash logs.

Thanks,

Chris
