My Flash Player crashes in every browser. Please help.

My Flash Player crashes in all browsers.  Edge says it isn't enabled, although it is.  I have the latest version of Flash.  After months of this issue, I decided to contact Adobe, telling me the "free," albeit significant program has no support at Adobe.  I must add that I have an Adobe account and pay monthly for other Adobe services.  I am really irritated, and have visited every blog and forum (and made necessary adjustments) known to man in order to deal with this issue.

    It's almost certainly driver related.

The UI keeps changing in Edge (and I'm not on the publicly available version of Win10 or Edge), so I'm not 100% sure whether or not the instructions on disabling hardware acceleration in this guide will work for you, but they should, or will pretty soon.

If the menu option for disabling hardware is not present, there are instructions towards the bottom of this troubleshooting guide that talk about how to collect the output of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.  If you give me the dxdiag output, I can point you to the latest available drivers for your hardware, which will probably get you going.
